On April 28, 2020, Professor Chin-Chin Cheng, director of ASEAN and South Asia Research Center, signed an MOU with Sky Mirror Technology Co., Ltd., and hired Jerry Chuang, the vice chairman of Sky Mirror Technology Co., Ltd., as the center's consultant.
