In order to help industries increase their understanding of Southeast Asian markets, National Chung Cheng University's ASEAN and South Asia Research Center organized the "2018 Islamic Business Opportunities Forum" in November and December of 2018. There were three sessions total: one each in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. We invited experts to give lectures and companies to share their experience. By sharing about the economy and culture, market development and layout of ASEAN and South Asian nations, it aided Taiwanese companies and young students interested in Southbound development in understanding the work culture and industry needs of the area.
