From 2018/02/05-10, acting as Vice Dean of CCU’s Office of International Affairs (OIA), Center Director Professor Chin-Chin Cheng, along with OIA Dean Dr. Hua-Fu Hsu and Project Manager Man-Hin Leung went to Delhi, India to visit Amity University, University of Delhi, Jindal Global University, and Jamia Millia Islamia, in order to strengthen international student recruitment and negotiate a sister school cooperation and exchange agreement.

This trip enabled understanding of the academic environment, teachers, and student desire to travel abroad. It also enabled deeper understanding of the changes in attitudes towards studying abroad and the strong desire of various universities to establish exchange programs with elite universities in Taiwan, strengthening future strategies for student recruitment from India.
