Through organizing the "New Southbound Talent Development Workshop-3," ASEAN and South Asia Research Center helped Office of International Affairs send a select group of 25 students from the colleges of business, management, social science, science and engineering to Phnom Penh in Cambodia to undergo a two week international internship. These 25 students were in the positions of general manager secretary, washing engineer, labor safety engineer, human resource manager, equipment maintenance engineer, automation engineer, chemical analyst, plant manager, legal commissioner and other positions. Besides, they also visited Phnom Penh to understand the  living environment and job market of Phnom Penh. Chien Chun Royal Co., Ltd. were very satisfied with the students cultivated by ASEAN and South Asia Research Center, and had locked several students for employment recruitment.
